(1) These rules are entitled “Nepal Forest Service (Constitution, Group and Classification and Appointment) Rules, 2050.
(2) These rules shall come into force immediately. 2. Definitions – In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise, – (a) “Act” means the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(b) "Regulations" means the Civil Service Rules, 2050.
(c) "Service" means Nepal Forest Service as per rule 3.
(d) "Group" means a group as per sub-rule (1) of rule 4.
(e) "Employee" means civil servant of Nepal Forest Service. 3. Establishment of Service - Nepal Forest Service has been established as per Section 3 of the Act.
